European Information Security Multi-Conference (EISMC 2013)

The Eurpean Information Security Multi-Conference brings together a series of established information security events into a single conference targeting today’s information security practitioners, researchers and academics. Collectively addressing the issues of security management, education, and wider human aspects, alongside a stream dedicated to digital investigation, the conference offers something to all delegates interested in the challenges of establishing, promoting and maintaining security, as well as those wishing to overcome the difficulties that may be encountered when incidents occur and require analysis.

Two of the contributing elements are staged by working groups from the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP), alongside two further international conferences that have previously been established as standalone events.  Their combination within a single event is intended to maximise the value and experience for authors and delegates. The conference is taking place on the 8-10 May 2013 at the ISEG - School of Economics and Management, located in Lison, Portugal.
